A cropped version of this painting was chosen for the Marquette Monthly cover March 2024. This watercolor depicts a common Upper Peninsula of Michigan scene. As a winter night unfolds a lone figure makes his way back to a cozy cabin nestled along the shores of a tranquil lake.

This print is reproduced from an original watercolor painting by Brock Micklow. Using today’s latest Giclee printing technology, each print is individually created with archival inks on watercolor paper to look and feel just like the original, and has a projected lifespan of 80 years if protected against direct sunlight. The artwork is individually printed on order.
